Which vitamins are you taking? I thought I may have been overdoing it on B6 for awhile because of my nerve pain. Also, have you actually tested low in the vitamins you're taking? Are your vitamins guaranteed gluten/other allergies you might have, free? Are they chewable or swallowed...I'd guess that chewable ones might irritate poor gums much like candy might.

No. But I just found out that I do get gum and tooth pain when I eat gluten. The same type of pain that my hands and feet get, pulsing or in waves (not evenly spaced) and varying from dull to sharp and can stop or start seemingly randomly. It's got to be neuropathy in me. My gums are in pretty good shape.

I take Natures Made vitamin D and Calcium. It says gluten-free on the bottle. Both are pills and I just take them with water.
