This is a suggested "good grains" mix that I copied from some unknown source before I found I couldn't eat millet or quinoa. It would make a very nutritious bread but terrible cake.
1 cup sorghum
1/2 cup millet
1/2 cup buckwheat
1/4 cup quinoa or nut
3/4 cup tapioca
