add a WEE bit of simple sugar, you will recover more quickly.....
I deal with it when i forget to eat. Then i eat something high in protien (peanut butter or cheese normally) and have to sit down for a while. My symptoms are the jitters really bad and lightheadness. It goes away once i eat something.
