Hi everyone
As an athlete with Celiac I have had trouble finding good high carb options. I also have difficulty processing too much salt and many/most of the gluten free breads out there are high in sodium. Can anyone share some ideas on this? If you know of a good bread, energy bar or other please let me know. It needs to be low sodium, high carb, Gluten-Free of course, and dairy free. Gluten-Free pasta is low sodium so I have that going me but looking for other options. Thanks!
