This is my first week Gluten free as well as my son! His tummy issues have improved since the switch. Is this common to start seeing an improvement, even though it may take the gluten toxicity longer to leave your body? and will we still have some setbacks until we are clear of Gluten for good?

It will take some time for all symptoms to go away, but a majority of us do see noticeable improvements within days. Some setbacks are to be expected. He may experience reactions even though he has eaten no gluten, due to the as-yet unhealed digestive system.
