hey kelly i'm not an expert. but i have had celiac for 11 years(i'm 13) and maybe they have DH or dermatitis hepiformis i dont know much about that as i do about celiac. but it's just you get less side-effects as celiacs. as far as i know, it's exactly like celiac eccept you dont hurt AS much but i will leave it to you to look into that. i just wanted to help you out i hope you fin
