I forgot to mention. At Wholefoods they have incredible gluten-free sandwich bread. It doesn't need to be toasted. It is up at the bakery counter. I wish I lived closer, it the best gluten-free bread I've ever had.

Living on Long Island and having Celiac Disease isn't so bad. There are lots of places to find gluten-free foods and restaurants. In the beginning it is overwhelming but you'll be fine . Long Island has a lot to offer.

Thank you very much for all the information you have given me. I was wondering do you know the name of the bread at whole foods. If I can find bread that actually taste good that would be great.
