You are right to ditch the Rice Dream. Many people react to it. I don't get near it. You can get other "milk" to drink. Pacific has a rice drink and Hazelnut. You can get coconut milk also.

Unfortunately Amy's is known for its cross contamination. I have had a reaction to their products. Pre-gluten free I could eat it. Post gluten free I won't touch is again. I had a delayed reaction and I got dizzy and was sick for 6 hours. Be fair warned Amy's can have cc.
