I have a 7yr old autistic son who is on GFCFsoy/corn/sugar/preservative/artificial colour free low phenol diet. My elder 11yr old daughter who shows mild ADHD symptoms is also benefitting from no chemical/no artificial flavour gluten free almost caseinfree diet. We are what we eat is now my motto.
