Has anyone tried one of those giant circular-shaped cookie forms?
I think I am going to try one, since I can't find pre-made crusts with no tapioca starch.

I was feeling sorry for myself yesterday, so I bought myself one of those rice-crust pizzas, and I did not get remotely achy from the tomato sauce!!!
I am back on nightshades... I went off them March 2008.

Kundalini Yoga

Ok Loves,
In December I started doing a Kundalini Yoga DVD (with Gurmukh). On the days I do the yoga, I do NOT get diahhrea, and my brain works better than ever. (bye-bye brain fog)
Just wanted to share in case anyone wants to try it! I don't do the entire DVD (I don't have the energy) but I DO do the 'Awakening' and the 2 Meditations at the end. (takes about 30 minutes)

Some Questions About The Scd Diet

I ordered Elaine Gottshall's book, "Breaking the Vicious Cycle" (expecting it a few days) YAY
But I have 2 different questions. HAHA (just two?? lol)
1. After going on this diet do you still feel like your starving all the time?
2. Does your diahhrea get worse before it gets better for a period? I read that there is a period of detoxification in the beginning of the diet.
