We've all had days like this. I am the only one in my household with Celiac's. I can't count the amount of times I have fed my children all thing's filled with gluten! :rolleyes: And, not to mention the many restaurants where I can't eat a thing. I can feel for you. My suggestion to you is to bring anything that can fit into your purse, even if it's an emergency candy bar. No need for embarrasment because no one is going to say a thing about it. I hope you feel better!

Currently in Philadelphia: SWELTERING! B) It's about 91 degrees and feels like 97. And it's not over yet!!!!! Living in a concrete jungle not a good thing on days like this!!!

I agree with everyone. The later the diagnosis, the worse off you could be. I was diagnosed at the age of 28. Six years later, I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism. So, the younger, the better. You are really lucky, and I hope that you stay healthy! :)
