Gluten free food especially the whole grain foods. I am especially interested in finding a pretty sorghum plant that I can grow for beauty, edible grain and edible leaves as well if possible. I am also interested in gardening as you can see and i love the extra healthy foods, colorful foods, and unusual foods and recipes. I need sugarfree, low sodium, high calciu,m and iron and low fat foods as well. Have you checked out the new information on nuts? How great a thing to be so healthy. Too bad diabetics are so limited on them! I have 7 pecan trees in my yard but only three are really bearing yet. The others are beginning to, though. I would love to talk to other folks in Texas who grow unusual plants expecially here in the Dallas/ FT. Worth Metroplex where the weather goes to both extremes hot/ cold as well as drought/ floods. It makes it so difficult to grow many things I want to grow. I have had difficulty getting back in here. I am so glad to be back.
