I am 58 years old. I have been Gluten Free for over 6 years. We have two daughters ages 31 and 35 who have symptoms of Gluten Intolerance/Celiac Disease. They both admit at times that they should become gluten free. Evidently, they will have to be at death's door as I was before they will quit eating that poison! One of my main concerns in my personal diet is cross contamination at manufacturer levels. I have too often been glutened by packaged foods that should have been safe. I have found that if my body tells me there is gluten in a product, there probably is.
