I live in Colorado with my husband and three grown children. All are in college....yikes! We have two restaurants, one fine dining, www.craftwood.com and one a steak house....stagecoachinn.com. Also living with us are two spoiled shelties and a very talkative cat named Missy. I have mainly been gluten free since January 08. Dairy free consistently (I challenged this one to high heaven) since July 3rd. Fructose is also a problem for me if I over do it. Wondering about soy, still not sure.
