I am a 64 year old retired school teacher, who has had symptoms of Celiac since age 8. I now stick to a stringent diet that eliminates all grains, all milk and dairy, egg whites, yeast, casein, whey, maltodextrin, modified food starch, and msg. I have been a part of this forum and the previous one, since about 2001 or so. I hope that if anyone needs help, they will contact me.
