One of my very favorite recipes calls for herb flavored stuffing mix. Is there a gluten free one? Where can I order it? If I can find a stuffing mix that works, I'll share the recipe.

About Me
I'm sure I have had this gene since birth, but my first real problems started after breast cancer surgery in early 2005. Very early and small, so I had partial mastectomy and radiation. Clear five years later.
I started having bouts of sick stomach and my energy level dropped steadily. My arthritis (hips and knees) got much worse.
In January of 2008 I collapsed and was taken to the emergency room. BP was 60/40. I was about gone. Thank God the GI doctor on call recognized my symptoms. I was diagnosed with celiac by biopsy.
Since that time I am strictly gluten free. I am strong, feel good, look better and the joint pain is completely gone.
I know I come over as Pollyianna. I don't mean to make light of the problems inherent with celiac. I'm just SOOOO much better!

Pizza In Bryan, Texas
22 January 2013 - 01:12 PM
Just got back from a Texas trip. We discovered Mr. G's Pizza in the old section of Bryan that is now an area of cool specialty shops... several antique shops. Mr. G's has gluten free pizza. They make their own crust and the "supreme" has tons of toppings. More good news? It is wallet friendly. It costs no more than a regular pizza. They also had Red Bridge beer which went mighty well with the pizza.
Udi's Baguettes
04 December 2012 - 01:54 PM
I saw on Udi's web site that they are now making a baguette. Has anyone tried it? Is it good? You can't order it yet, but I thought if they are good I would ask my health food store to order some.
In case they are not good, do any of you know of a good baguette I can order? We don't have a Whole Foods anywhere in my state.

Merangue

Does anyone know a way to make merangue using artificial sweetner? I use merangue shells instead of pie crust with some pies, but the merangue runs the calories way up.
French Bread Or Baguettes
19 October 2012 - 01:18 PM
Does anyone know of a good French bread or baguette I can buy or order? Please don't tell me how to make it myself. That ain't gonna happen! I am a good cook and I love cooking.... but not bread making. That's just my silly self, but I do love to eat a good loaf.
