I had all the symptoms imaginable: bloating, constipation and/or diarrhea, nausea, stomachaches, cramping, rashes, joint pain, extreme fatigue, anemia, depression, mood swings, etc.
Feel better most of the time.
Cross contamination: it truly happens and it pisses me off.
Socializing: very difficult and frustrating. Who wants to hang out with someone who can't eat anywhere? Blah!
