Been sick the last 5 years, thyroid removed 2.5 years ago, tired ever since. After two years of chasing doctors. May have fibro, while learning to live with that I figured out that if I ate pretzels I fell asleep. Then I started looking in to gluten sensitivity. Gluten free for a month and pms now last only days not weeks, I am awake for the first time in 2.5 years, My fibro is much better.I can camp and walk about 12 miles a week. I no longer feel like I am dieing.
ONe more mile.
Tired ( could sleep 12 hours a day)
Periods that would never seem to start, very painful
weight gain not related to amount I was eating
constipation and diarrhea ( a surprise every day!)
high blood pressure.
I have always had some trouble with wheat but I think the surgery pushed me over the edge to where even a teaspoon of flour sets me off.
