About Me

I am 36 years old from Clawson, Michigan. I was recently diagnosed with Celiac Disease on July 14, 2008 after 9 months of pain and agony. It was confirmed by blood tests. Endoscopy and Colonoscopy showed inflammation all throught my digestional tract.
I have been gluten free since the day I was diagnosed. I'm pretty sure in the beginning that I still was getting some somewhere. I live back at home because there was no way that I could work feeling this miserable. Fatigue, pain all over, muscle spasms, sever brain fog are just to name a few.
I am doing my best to stay the course and give my body a chance to heal. It is very frustrating to feel like you are being robbed of your life. I know this isn't the worse thing I could be diagnosed with but I have never felt like this before. My mind would say get up and there were days where I just couldn't move and if I did I would be completely exhausted.
Hopefully now change will come and is welcomed.
