I was diagnosed with Celiac Disease August 2008. I've started the new diet and am feeling much better. I'm from the Dallas area and looking for restaurants to dine at that have gluten free menus. So far, I recommend D & A Pizza in Richardson. I plan on joining dfwceliac.org very soon.
