Have you folks tried sorghum breads? That's my favorite bread flour so far. I've experimented with several flour blends, but find the sorghum is the key ingredient. I don't know how well it would work for those of you with other sensitivities, but it might be worth a try.

Aloha,
C B) Can you please post your favorite sorghum bread recipe? Thanks

You should try to find a copy of the Gluten Free Gourmet Bakes Bread" We have it here and have tried a few of the breads. The Quinoa bread is the best so far, but there is another one using yogurt (not so good if you are also dairy free.) I find that all the home made ones are the best for sandwiches.

I LOVE tomato sandwiches, and my dw had to find a recipe for good bread ASAP so I could at least have some comforty food while I was healing post-dx.

Hope that helped a little. I have not had much luck with the store bought breads. I find they all taste like cardboard! ;)

Aloha,
Can you please post this recipe for the Quinoa bread? Thanks!

I think the potato flour is your problem too. Both are useful but not interchangeable.

Hope that solves your crumbles!

We make a homemade gluten-free bread that is really really good. You do need a break maker though, but we make it 2-3 times a week. If you want I can post it here a little later, but my mom would have to type it out.
