Another low cholesterol here before I was diagnosed. HDL, LDL, total cholesterol and triglicerides all below reference range. The trigliceride level was so low(another couple of points lower it wouldn't have been a number to report) that a doctor said I was lucky and that she had never seen a person ever with a level that low. Fast forward 4 years gluten free and my levels have all normalized. Now I'm paranoid that I'm going to develope high cholesterol since I'm "normal" now since it runs in my family.
My father and brother, whom I suspect have gluten issues also, both have very low cholesterol levels.

About Me
I was diagnosed with celiac disease in October 2008 after almost 2 1/2 years of fatigue, anemia , iron deficiency and heartburn. I had a positive IgA tTG and biopsy.
I have two sons. My youngest went gluten free 11/19/10 after a positive tTG and no EGD/biopsy. My oldest son has had repeated negative blood work and negative scope/biopsy in Aug. 2011. He is currently undergoing a gluten free trial.
I enjoy time with my family and anything to do with the outdoors. I also like gardening, canning, cooking and baking.

My youngest son's 6 year molars are just like you described. Just the bottom two though. He has fillings in both of them because he got cavities (one came in with a cavity already there) because of the the enamal defects. He cut the bottom two several months after he turned 6, the one top one when he was 7 and is just now cutting his last one at age 8. This last one is VERY delayed coming in. He was diagnosed just before he turned 6 when he was in kindergarden. However, in hindsite based on his issues as a baby, I think he has been celiac since he was an infant. The dentist and I believe his enamal issues are from the undiagnosed celiac(his testing was negative at 3 years old after I was diagnosed so he continued on a regular diet) and him taking a lot of antibiotics as a baby.
He has lost only two teeth, his bottom front incisors, and the permanant teeth look fine and are healthy thank goodness.

I would go with a really good quality coconut oil. It should have a very slight pleasent aroma and taste of coconut and be snow white. I personally like Nutvia brand. I can eat it straight from the jar!

I react to pure gluten free oats. I have to check with companies because I react to CC from them too.
In Topic: Has Anyone Used Quail Eggs For A Substitute For Eggs?

Duck eggs are apparently awesome for baking. Some people find the tase too strong for direct eating, others don't.
And they're a lot bigger than quail eggs.
My grandmother used to make the best custard pies out of duck eggs..
