Hi, I too am recently diagnosed. I have learned quite a bit from emailing manufacturers. Some go out of their way to be helpful and others can't be bothered. Some, such as Ken's salad dresings, have online lists of different products that are gluten free. I love Dunkin Donuts hot chocolate, but would be afraid of contamination. I have made 2...
