I take the Ambertose (4xday). My aunt has sold it for a long time and really believes in the research behind it. I take as well as many other supplements in addition to the gluten-free diet, so it's hard to say exactly what has made the most difference in my overall health.

I have at least 1 copy and my dr. put me on the cerefolin nac mentioned above. I'm actually also on a mild chelation treatment for metal toxicity. I didn't know the two were related. Thanks for the info!

I was dx at 25. It was very upsetting for me. Vitamin D is huge! i've been taking 8000iu's of D3/day + Citrical under my dr.'s supervision. Since doing this regimen and being on gluten-free diet, my osteopenia is improving! There is so much out there about the benefits of Vitamin D...it is so important!

I take the generic version of Citrical + Vit D + Minerals from Walgreens. You can order it from their website. It says "gluten free" on the bottle. I too was diagnosed with osteopenia, and at a very young age (25).
