I am wheat intolerant and i have been having trouble to sticking to my wheat diet.
I last for about a week and give up and eat tons of wheat food... then the next day i give it up the wheat for a week then i do it again.
My main symptom is bloating alot and it normally takes atleast week for it to fully go, and during the week it slowly goes down each day but ive been wheat free for about 5 days and past 3 days it went down in the morning but now im bloating after eating anything, what could this be?
Do you think it because Ive basically been doing a yoyo diet and have confused my body? Is this normal and will it go soon if im patient and if i make sure i stick to a wheat free diet for now on and donít give up?? I have heard that maybe its because of my changes of my new diet but im just worrying tons.
Just im confused why this has suddenly happened, and one more thing ive been booked to see a dietician... What do they think they will do and will they be able to help me with this new problem?
I know I donít have ibs as im not on the toilet all the time, I drank some tea today without bloating, then an hour later i had some fruit, and then i got bloated about 10 minutes later.. it isnt as much as when I eat wheat luckily but I donít know why this is happening, what could I ask my doctor to do?
