I was diagnosed with Celiac Disease August 2007 with a postive blood panel and postive small intestine biopsy. Since the age of six I suffered from Celiac related symptoms (IBS, Nausea, Osteoporosis, CFS, Multiple Fractures, Endometriosis, Depression, etc.) but was not properly diagnosed until 15 years later. I now have learned to embrace my diagnosis and have reversed many of my symptoms. I enjoy gluten free baking and while I still struggle with Celiac Disease I am trying to stay positive!
