recovering from getting poisoned the other night

I've been gluten free since I was 14. I had been mostly wheat free since the age of 8, but at 14 I started getting some blistery hive things on my thighs so we went to the doc, and redid the blood tests.. and he said I was without a doubt celiac... I also had to stop dairy at that time so I've been dairy free since 14 too.
