I was diagnosed with Celiac in September 2004. Since then, my nephew and older sister have also been diagnosed and we suspect that one of my nieces has Celiac as well.
Going gluten-free was difficult at first, but today I live an abundant, gluten-free life and have become quite the foodie. Well, not such a foodie as say ... Gluten-Free Girl, but compared to my gluten days I have developed quite the love for food. Fresh & nutritious, life giving food.
