About Me

I have been living a gluten-free life-style since 1987 when I was diagnosed with Celiac Disease. I started a gluten free blog about a year ago and just recently completed a gluten free cookbook.

I will be teaching an adult class on Gluten Free Living at the local Vo Tech School in October.
