Currently in the process of being diagnosed with Celiac Disease. February 2009 I became very ill, unable to move at times. Doctors didn't come close to a diagnosis until May 2009 when an endoscopy biopsy came back unusual. Since then I have been struggling to be diagnosed. I have been told numerous times by doctors that they "don't want to stick me with the label of celiacs because i am "too young" to be labeled with such a thing for the rest of my life". To be honest, that frustrates me more than anything. I don't want to be toyed around with, give me a diagnosis or let me be. As of November 2009, I will be seeing a specialist at a hospital in Boston, Ma in order to move forward with the diagnosis process.
