About Me

1985 miscarriage at 5 mo. doctor diagnosed vaginal infection cause
1985 grass and tree pollen allergy in my son and myself
1991 Diagnosed with hypothyroid
1992 Post partum depression
1993 - 2007 multiple miscarriages
2002 auto accident - spinal and nerve injury


2004 diagnosed with autoimmune disease


2005 I initiated elimination diet.....which led to becoming a Vegan. Simple healthy food that
my digestive system could tolerate.
2006 Treated with strongest penicillin for absessed tooth. Led to digestive and reproductive
system infections.

2007 Not enough protein in Vegan diet. Returned to Vegetarian diet.
Self diagnosed ADHD/borderline Autism
2008 My diet reduces ADHD/borderline Autism symptoms


2008 Started herbal remedies to heal h. pylori and vaginal infection


2008 Self diagnosed gluten sensitive
2009 Specialist diagnosed my son with ADHD/borderline Autism
April Self diagnosed gluten intolerant


June Naturopathic doctor confirms I am gluten intolerant and ADHD. Recommends
that I continue the treatment plan I designed, since it is working so well.
July Start gluten-free diet
August Allergic reaction to almonds...bee sting...torqued pelvic while climbing mountain


September Swine flu....severe arthritic symptoms...during 1 week off a 3 mo gluten-free diet to test for GI
Met with specialist. ANA indicates non specific inflammatory response.
I asked doctor if this indicates inflammation due to injury and symptoms of swine flu
He said it is good possibility
Cranial/Sacral therapy
October Meet doctor for GI tests


November 2nd month of recovery from glutening


December feeling well enough to enjoy Christmas for the first time in my life.


I have recorded 40 allergens while on elimination diet


January appointment with allergis and specialist - testing for 30 allergens


tested positive for 30 allergens


Total allergens approximately 60


allergist confirmed I am gluten intolerant because of dermatitis herpetiformis and H. pylori and relief of symptoms on gluten free diet


allergist diagnosed my condition as Oral Allergy Syndrome


I am reacting to cooked vegetables


specialist confirmed that I no longer have signs of autoimmune diseases


February 2010 I am recovering from allergy testing- Chronic Fatigue, mood swings, ADHD, irritability, etc.


To date allergic to at least 77 food, environmental, chemical, etc.


March Once again free of allergy symptoms. Remain on gluten free diet. 90% of time feeling normal except for accidental glutening but severity diminished
