About Me
Well I just turned 21 when I was diagnosed with Celiac Disease in January. I am in college, studying to be a teacher, k-6th grade. New Years Resolution had a whole new meaning this year when I was told I have to stay away from every food I used to consume every day for the rest of my life! I am currently dairy free as well, because I have lactose intolerance. I was recently tested for food intolerance, and because of the Celiac Disease my body has over 90 food intolerances. This will be a long year, but hopefully the results will pay off! Feeling better already:)
