1994 allergies, asthma, chronic sinus infections
1995 bipolar disorder
1997 alcohol abuse
2000 social security disability
2001 hyperthyroidism
2002 hypothyroidism
2003: stopped all alcohol
began regular yoga and meditation practice
thyroid healed
got off of phsycotropic medication and caffine
severe IBS symptoms surfaced
tested neg for gluten antibody test after on diet
positive results with gluten free low sugar diet
got off of disability and started living and loving life
2005 went back to school
ADHD controlled with nutrition, herbs, yoga and lifestyle
2009 compromised thyroid functioning diagnosed hashymotoes
2010 still recovering colon and digestive health
consider myself to be recovered from bipolar with diet, herbs and lifestyle - new paradigm in mental wellness
loving life about to graduate college!
