About Me

I've been gluten free for over two years. I'm also soy, nut and tomato free. I stay away from products containing corn sryup as well. Keeping a food dairy will help you! I figured out my soy reaction when I did not use a lip balm one day and stopped in my tracks when I realized I felt good that day! That was the only thing different I had done.It contained soybean oil. I started having better days when I omitted soy also.

If you're a newbie to Celiac DX, you will find your way, it does get easier to manage. Enjoy the forums and people here. You don't feel alone here. Some of the best pieces of advice I received was to keep a food dairy, and don't feel the need to buy every gluten-free product you see.....Also if you wonder "what can I eat"? Check out the thread.."whats for dinner" Great ideas......

Remember you are your best advocate....

You never know how strong you are, until being strong is the only choice you have.
