NancyDes, inbox me if you get this in time.

One of the best, however $$, is Blue! There are several restaurants and chains. A few bakeries.

We will be in charlotte for a couple days. Are there any restaurants or bakeries we shouldn't miss for gluten-free options? Thanks, nancy

Have you tried Canyon Bakehouse gluten-free breads? I had to actually call home for my daughter to check the package to make sure it was gluten-free, even though I knew it was. You could also use rice cakes, sorry for the slip up earlier.

Take whatever gluten-free bread you can have, spread a thick layer of humus on 2 slices, place your favorite veggies(cucumber, spinach, avocado etc) on including cheese. Makes a good sandwich. You can use different humus and veggies to change this around.

I'm going to check their website, but does anyone know if they are soy and nut free? Thanks! My daughter uses these and I think I saw the mint one at an Ultra store if you have one of those close.

Are your toes getting cold before this happens? Do they change/lose color? You may want to read about Raynauds. I have it, and it does effect my toes, but more so my fingers.http://www.mayoclini...disease/DS00433

I hope the link is clickable for you. I'm not so good at adding them.

If my hands/toes get too cold, my fingers will turn white(blood vessels narrow) when they get warm again(blood flow starts back) my fingers turn dark purple/red and burn.
