gluten sensitive

I don't eat packaged foods that say gluten free. My sensitivity has worsened since 2008 when i was tested.

I can't tolerate eating beef, even if it is of highest grade and grass fed.

I'm also allergic to several trees and grass, spring is a season i used to love, not anymore.. I prefer summer/fall.

I tried to buy several types of flours to make cookies.. fail.. I can't eat any of them!

looking to get back into shape and be completely gluten free

which to me means no wheat, no rice, no oats, no corn, no nuts, no beef, no dairy!
