I've been suffering an undiagnosed illness 6 years now.   Recent research lead me to gluten intolerance so here I am hoping to perhaps find some answers to my health problems  

You'll never understand or have compassion for people with health issues unless you go through them yourself, no one really understand the pain and suffering
