Very Frustrated and Confused

I am a 29 year old female, married to a great man and mother of 2 wonderful boys ages 5 and 9. My 5 year old was diganosed with Celiacs in Feb of 2010 after being sick since birth on a regular basis. He was in the hospital in Nov of 2010 due to easy bruising, nose bleeds, very low iron and other issues, where we discovered that he was still being exposed to Gluten through our toaster, cooking pans etc without us knowing it. We are still learning how to live Gluten Free. We have come a long way in the last 19 months but at times I still feel like we have so much to learn.
