A two year veteran of the war against gluten, I found out 3 months before I began my schooling to get my Chef's red seal. I'm currently enrolled in an audio engineering/sound production course, with the end of goal of writing music for media/cartoons/video games. As a composer, I've spent the last 10 years playing in punk and thrash metal bands, as well as dabbling in the blues. I live in East Vancouver, and I dig this city, as there's a lot of gluten free options...but its still a major gamble going out to eat most places.
