In Topic: What To Do About Breakfast On Vacations

21 August 2005 - 07:13 PM

My family and I are going on vacation to San Francisco and Lake Tahoe.  I was wondering what most people do about breakfasts when they are on vacation.  I know I can have eggs and fresh fruit but that gets old after awhile and I don't know if I can tolerate eggs for a week without getting sick.

;) [CI have the same problem with spots that won't tan. I would also like to know if this is related to celiac sprue. I have been diagnosed for about 10 months now and have been gluten-free for that long. Also I occasionaly have a fine rash in my mouth (no itch) . Also wonder if this related to accidental gluten from contamination.
Thanks

:D When it comes to cereals off the shelf(in regular grocery stores) I stay away! It has to say gluten-free before I trust the contents. Beware of contamination when it comes to the grains in cereals.

;) Iwill do mine by e-mail also. Snail mail can also be "slow" to be read out of the snail "pile" As long as we all can send in the letters to get the message across--a variety of e-mail and snail mail(massive writing) will be great.
