Hi everyone!
Recently diagnosed with a gluten intolerance (among other things), I'm quickly learning that I need a gluten-free kitchen and home. The reactions I have to other foods can be painful and uncomfortable, but gluten really messes me up in so many ways that it can put me out of commission for a week. I'm looking for 1 or 2 roommates who have the same need for a gluten-free home. I haven't had any luck with Craigslist yet, but hoping to find some potential roommates here on celiac.com. Anyone out there in NYC? Looking forward to hearing from you!!
