  1. Ninga you rock I was soooo very confused by my gene testing results that I just email my doc ( he is in Michigan and I am in Pa) and said someone translate this for me . email back was short and sweet; positive . Short and to the point works for me

  4. thanks Irish I have a few symptoms remaining that I had not ( until now) been able to identify their source. a histamine intolerance may explain my remaining symptoms .

  11. for a 1/2 cup of uncooked lentils and a 1/2 cup of uncooked brown rice I add 3 cups of water. I also add red onion and what ever spices I feel like that day My rice cooker has an automatic timer but the cooking time is about 45 - 50 mins This is doable in the rice cooker because the brown rice and lentils have the same cooking time.
  12. I love my rice cooker I use it for so many things in addition to rice My fave is lentils & brown rice with red onion ,,, just throw it all in the rice cooker and you have a fresh cooked meal
  13. At one point in my wonderful journey I also thought I was intolerant of rice . I quit eating it for a bit then switched to lundberg organic basmati brown rice and have no issues with it.
