i am a vegan, soy-free celiac,currently living in brooklyn, ny. i love to cook, and eat healthy. i also love to bake delicious treats that even have my "normal" friends asking for seconds. after being diagnosed with celiac, i have helped my mother and grandmother find they too have the illness. i am a tattoo artist, cyclist and travel often all around the globe. i have learned many things about my body and my health along the way and would love to share them and my signature recipes with you!!
