About Me

My husband was discovered to be a Celiac when his skin started developing blisters and he itched from the inside out. He thinks he has always been because in his childhood he spent a lot of time in the bathroom. So for 8 years we have been on the discovery journey of the special diet and a new way to cook. He is anemic and now we need to get off the Dapsone and rethink this too. So I am here to learn and pick your brains. I read everything you tell me so keep it coming please.
