Haha awe this little letter was so cute and gave me a much needed laugh:)
I refer to anything containing gluten to be "the enemy". I even take pictures with crackers with sad faces on them. Ahhh what celiac diseases drives me to do hahah.

My friend told me that oats were "safe" so I listened to her since she was diagnosed for over 8 years.

Hi kelly! I just got diagnosed with Celaic disease late last year and I'm turning 16. I find the diet difficult and all my friend's seem to get anoyed with my special diet needs!
But, some even go out of their way to buy me little snacks and I met a fellow celiac this year at school:)
