In Topic: Tylenol: Do You Take It Or No?

Why isn't Advil safe?  Tylenol is the one that most doctors are advising people to not use very often because of liver damage?  I think it was liver damage.  Anyway, try different generics?  Target Ibuprophen says gluten-free on the box.  Maybe the acetaminophen is labelled gluten-free too?  I think Walgreens has some things labeled gluten-free.

L-glutamine can help with healing but I don't believe it does much for the symptoms. Rest and tylenol are helpful to me.  Good luck if you are recovering at the moment.

Tylenol is for sure gluten-free? I can't find anything anywhere to confirm it.

Yeah, it's not a glutening. I feel similar, but not as severe. Plus, like you said, vinegar is gluten-free because of how it's made. Hell, I live in MI, it could be my sinuses... Sinus/allergies have made me feel like this before too. Thanks for the tip on Heinz though!

Heinz vinegar is made from corn.  Maybe you didn't rinse enough?

I'll keep Heinz in mind next time, I just grabbed a store brand this time. Didn't know it'd make me react at all though, I hadn't used it since being gluten-free. Maybe once I get some coffee through there a few more times I'll be good to go again.

In Topic: Spicy Food?

Do you like experimenting?  Maybe it's something to do with La Costena.  Can you get fresh jalapenos in your grocer?  Why not see if that makes any difference.  Maybe you can keep on eating spicy foods if you cook from scratch.  That worked for me.  I grew some very hot peppers and made my own sauce.  Yum.

I emailed La Costena to check on gluten/MSG, just to make sure, but I've never read anything about them not being safe. I've ate fresh habaneros and had no issues, which seems counterintuitive as they're hotter than jalapenos... But, to be fair, I've had something with peppers in it at least twice a day for almost 2 weeks now... Maybe I'm just overloaded?
