I'm Nolan, 22 years old from Washington State. Living Gluten free for almost a year now and still figuring things out. It has been interesting to say the least, but whatever most of the things I ate with gluten were horrible for my health anyway haha. I'm feelin healthy, other then still have some issues from time to time. I've lost a lot of weight, but I liked being bulky, oh well. I love sports. Seahawks are my team, and Huskies, football is the best! I like outdoors, or movies or finding new ways to entertain myself. Looking for improvement.
