#699861 Cinco De Mayo Leftovers, Shouldn't Have Eaten?

Posted by on 15 May 2011 - 08:27 PM

Just ate a taco salad and the ground chicken and re fried beans were from cinco de mayo. I just realized that is 10 days ago, should I try to make myself puke or is 10 days not too long? Starting to feel a little iffy in the stomach, but not sure if I am just stuffed or what...

Wish I knew how to make a poll,

A) No worries, digest it.
B) Puke it up.
C) You are on your own.

#698986 I'm Free!

Success! That is awesome, congrats! Sounds like that restaurant had some good customer service... What was the name of the place? Good idea on the fish with just salt though, if I am ever out again that is what I will do for sure, same with the salad with vinegar. Dressing is something that probably always gets me, I just go for Italian because it seems like the safest, but i didn't even think about vinegar.

#698951 Told To Reintroduce Gluten Why

Posted by on 12 May 2011 - 12:49 PM

I don't know much, but here is what I think. If you are fine being gluten free don't do it and just live your life gluten free. If you want to someday eat gluten again you might do it, but that's only because I have heard people can find some things that they don't react to and can eat them without reactions. In my opinion I would just stay off the gluten... I hate having reactions and why eat something that is just gonna make you feel like doing nothing?

#698477 New Member From Washington, Hi!

Posted by on 10 May 2011 - 08:32 PM

Hello, I'm a 22 year old named Nolan from Washington. Been gluten-free for almost a year due to allergy that I found through my Naturopath. The other doctors couldn't figure out why my stomach hurt... Anyway, just like the idea of a help site from people similar to me who might have more time/care about helping and finally googled it. I'm excited to be here!
