So, I found this particular brand (the light yellow version) at a local store. I read the ingredients and it looks to be safe (filtered water, organic whole soybeans, rice, sea salt and koji starter). It also looks like the starter was produced from rice (where as most are produced from barley from my understanding). It also says no gluten on the front.


Would you guys try it?
