Help Me Figure This Out Please

16 November 2014 - 07:08 PM

Today I have D and lots of pains on both sides of the lower abdomen. It has been about 10 days now. It feels like it is burning and twinging, kind of like spasming on both sides. I don't know what to do and am quite worried. I have to work the next two days, but then will try to get in to see the gastro. doctor. Any ideas would be really helpful.

I had some brussel sprouts with butter sauce today and some pesto last night and I know that can sometimes affect me. I just don't know what the ab pain is and am worried.

Do You Risk Eating Meat That Says "shared Equipment"?

12 November 2014 - 07:34 PM

I returned my meat to Trader Joes because they called the headquarters and they said the "simpley chicken" is made  on "share equipment"  Do you risk this? Do you think they clean the equipment or what have you read? I have no idea how they run the factory. Does shared equipment have a good chance of getting us sick? Please let me know what you think? I was thinking of rinsing the meat, but I know that I am super sensitive so put it back. So sad. Thoughts?

Most things give me worm like poops in the morning. (Sorry) But that is why I take Imodium, because the skinny poop has trouble stopping. It lasts for several hours many times and I will have many small bowel movements. When I get sick of it, I take Imodium because I try to substitute teach. Any thoughts are appreciated as to what to eat that is firming and why this may be happening. :( Thanks for your thoughts.

I Need Help With Reading Through The Ada. Please Read And Help Me. I Really Appreciate...

03 November 2014 - 07:42 PM

I posted in the kids and parents section in a post called "sad update" I subbed at a school that does not want to give me a bathroom key. Everyone is mad at me because I may need to use the bathroom during class time. No one understands. I would like to go talk to admin. or someone higher up and say that I have an understanding of the ADA http://www.ada.gov/c...htm#anchor62335  . I'd like to point out where in the ADA it states rights for celiac patients. Can anyone help me please? I posted the site where I found the ADA in blue above. Could you please read through it and see where it may state Celiac patients rights as it pertains to teaching in a classroom? Please let me know what I may say to a principal at an elementary school or high school that would convince them to be supportive of my needs for using the bathroom and providing coverage for my classroom so that I can use the bathroom should I need to. I have a medical note, but it is not working. Teachers give me looks of hate when they hear they may have to watch my class if I need to go. I really need your support and wisdom from this forum. Thanks so much. I really want to do my job as a substitute teacher but am receiving no support or understanding from the schools where I am trying to work.
